‘I want to get more insight in my own grief: Why am I (not) crying?’
– Anonymous participant
Your question has to do with a loss you more or less recently suffered. It can be a person, relative, partner or something that was very dear to you, like a job, a marriage, a family (e.g. in case of divorce).
What we Offer
A 5-step counseling, preferably in a group of people who suffered losses too. If necessary sometimes with a personal coach. Subjects in the meetings are:
- The story, the emotions involved, your personal rituals and habits.
- How to communicate your feelings with new and old friends?
- Some theory about the stages of grief, family relationships and rituals.
You will feel more in charge of grieving processes and more free to connect with others and talk about what is important to you.
