How do you ask for help?
It doesn’t matter if you pick the “right” one. Start where you feel most comfortable. You can always be referred elsewhere.
An email, phone call, or just stopping by. You don’t have to know exactly what you want to say. “I’m not sure what’s going on, but I need help” is enough.
The more honest you are about what you’re experiencing, the better we can help. You don’t have to make it prettier than it is.
Change takes time. It’s okay if things don’t get better immediately. The important thing is that you’ve started.
